Michael Stack, CFA

Lead Portfolio Manager

Mr. Stack is Lead Portfolio Manager of the Scout International Equity Strategy, including the Scout International Fund, and the Scout International Equity ADR Strategy. He has been a member of the investment team since joining the firm in 2006. Prior to joining the firm, he managed the European Equities Fund at Overseas Asset Management (OAM), an off-shore investment firm based in Grand Cayman. Mr. Stack’s experience includes assisting in the management of European equity portfolios for U.S. Trust Company of New York in New York and London. Before U.S. Trust, he worked as a research analyst for a domestic brokerage house in Slovakia. In addition, he worked in the fixed income operations of Lehman Brothers. He has 22 years of financial industry experience. Mr. Stack earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance and International Business from Columbia Business School in New York and his Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Kansas City, as well as the CFA Institute.

Co-Portfolio Manager

Mr. Lupercio is Co-Portfolio Manager of the Scout International Equity Strategy, including the Scout International Fund, and the Scout International Equity ADR Strategy. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Lupercio was a senior associate analyst for A.G. Edwards & Sons with previous experience as an analyst with Bear Stearns. He has 15 years of financial industry experience. He earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Olin School of Business at Washington University and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Rockhurst University. He is a member of the CFA® Society Kansas City.

Senior Investment Analyst

Mr. Cumming is Senior Investment Analyst, providing fundamental company research on the Scout International Equity investment team. Prior to joining the firm in 2011, he worked as an analyst at TradeLink Securities, managing the firm’s Asian investments. He has 17 years of financial industry experience. Mr. Cumming earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Goizueta Business School at Emory University and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Hastings College. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Kansas City, as well as the CFA Institute.

Tayyib Shah, CFA

Senior Investment Analyst

Mr. Shah is Senior Investment Analyst, providing fundamental company research on the Scout International Equity investment team. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, he served as the international tech and telecomm sector manager for Teacher Retirement System of Texas. He has 20 years of financial industry experience in the U.S. and Asia. Mr. Shah earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Karachi and a Bachelor in Business Administration degree, also from the University of Karachi. He is a CFA® charterholder and a member of the CFA Society Kansas City as well as the CFA Institute.
